What Every Writer Wants
Every writer wants to be heard. Wants their ideas, emotions, worlds to be ingested, inhaled by readers. We want readers to live in our world, the one we created, the one that is us, even if it isn’t. And words, words are my friends. They are how I communicate, they are how I express who I am and as writers we slave over them, for weeks and weeks, for days, hours, months… years. Sometimes the words flow, like water, perfectly, uninhibited, other times they are tough, you can’t even pull them out no matter how hard you try.
Words… and I will share them with you. I will share who I am, how I think, what I dream of. I will share life, experience, emotion. I will share my essence. That’s how it feels, to share who you are, to let the words be your guide, to be your emissary to the world. Words can create worlds. They can pull you inside your head and create an entire universe there. Words. Spoken, or written, indentations under my fingertips, words, my friends, and I will share them with you.
Okay that was really well written!!! I love the way you write!
